- Include details of the product, testing required, and your contact information.
- Once received, each sample is logged, barcoded, and processed under strict quality control before testing begins.

We offer convenient daily sample collection in select areas, or you can drop off samples directly at our laboratory during business hours.

Samples should be clearly labelled, sealed, and kept under the recommended temperature conditions to maintain integrity.
From Sample to Result
- Once your samples arrive, they’re reviewed and sent to the relevant department for analysis.

Each test is performed by qualified specialists, and results are verified before reporting.

Typical turnaround times range from 2–5 working days, depending on the analysis.

- Always label samples clearly with client name, product name, and date.
